Everyone is friendly, the complex is well maintained, and we've never had any issues whatsoever. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for affordable, comfortable housing.
|Recommended: YesA Peaceful, Affordable, Quiet Community — I moved here from the beaches of Florida seeking a quiet and affordable place to live that was well within proximity of basic retail needs. In under a mile from here there is a Clinic, a Wal-Mart, a Wal-Greens, and several options for eating out. There is a fire station a block away giving me the assurance that my needs would be taken care of in case of an emergency. There is quite a bit of wonderful wildlife that can be seen in the mornings. I have seen rabbits, foxes, squirrels, and many species of birds. The area is quiet and peaceful but still close enough to main artery roads that anything I need is within minutes. I have enjoyed my time here this past year. On the rare occasion I have a maintenance need, it has been handled same day by friendly professionals that fixed the situation properly, and on the first attempt. I would recommend this place to anyone. It has been wonderful.

|Recommended: YesSimply Fantastic — Overall Hillcrest 90 is a surprisingly nice place with very friendly staff who are willing to work with you. Sometimes the noise from other tenants can be heard but it's not too much of issue. Overall I've enjoyed living hear and would gladly recommend friends and family to stay.
